Full-TimeWe are seeking a Product Specialist to become an integral part of our sales team! You will provide recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs along with high quality customer service before and after the vehicle delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Understand cars by studying their features and capabilities, as well as comparing and contrasting competitive models
- Develop buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers; also by suggesting trade-ins; respond to inquiries; recommend sales campaigns and promotions
- Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.
- Close sales by overcoming objection(s); providing right solutions, complete sales process in CRM, deliver automobile
- Update own job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending seminars and reading professional publications
- Explore new opportunities in order to add value to job accomplishments
- Figure out customer's needs by listening and asking questions
- Perform walk-around with new and old customer and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles
- Effectively close sales
- Ensure that customers understand the vehicle's operating features, paperwork and warranty
- Effectively use CRM system on a daily basis to ensure proper follow up for customers
- Report to the sales manager regarding reviews, analyses , objectives, and planned activities
- Participates in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers
- Review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience, preferred but not required, in automotive sales, sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Positive Attitude, solid work ethic
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients, co-workers

Lot Attendant / Automotive Detailer

Full-TimeWe are looking for a Lot Attendant / Automotive Detailer to join our team! The Lot Attendant / Detailer position is a crucial role in keeping the dealership well organized, running smoothly and providing our customers a pristine vehicle for delivery:
Responsibilities:
- Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintains new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
- Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
- Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
- Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Makes key tags for vehicles.
- Sweeping and keeping the shop clean.
- Must have a valid Drivers license.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized, polite and punctual professional with the passion to advance their career.
- Reliable transportation, drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Able to work well with others and take direction from upper management.
- Vehicle detailing and/or cleaning experience is a plus, but not necessary

Full-TimeWe are currently seeking ​an Automotive Technician to become an integral part of our team! You will diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul automotive vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Perform vehicle check list and advise of needed maintenance and scheduled services
- Perform Used and New vehicle pre-delivery inspections
- Perform State Inspections
​Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, Technical School or basic mechanical ability
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
