A repair bill should buy you more than a fix. Complete a qualifying repair at Shults, and eligible parts and labor are covered for as long as you own the vehicle. Here is how it works, and where it stops. Program terms, exclusions and eligibility requirements apply.

How it works, in plain terms.

Does it really cover parts and labor?

Yes. Repair your vehicle with us and those parts and that labor carry a lifetime warranty, for as long as you own the vehicle.

What if I still have a factory warranty, or an extended service contract?

Then that pays for the repair, and you are covered either way. This program picks up where those leave off.

Do I have to buy the car here?

No. This one is earned at the service drive, not the showroom. The repair has to be done at Shults.

Covered

Parts and labor on eligible repairs we do, for as long as you own the vehicle.
Brakes and batteries. Most programs call these wear items and walk away. This one does not.

Not covered

Wear and tear

Hoses, spark plugs, tires, wipers, light bulbs and filters.

Already covered elsewhere

A repair your factory warranty or an extended service contract already pays for.

Prior sales

Excluded. See the store for details and eligible limited repairs.

Bring it in once, and that repair is covered for good.

Most repair bills buy you a fix, not a guarantee. If the same part gives out again two winters from now, you pay for it all over again. Repairing with us changes that math. The parts we install and the labor behind them are covered for as long as you own the vehicle, so you pay for any given repair once.
