We are currently seeking to hire an Automotive Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to increase market share while providing outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing, training and directing a team of sales associates in their daily work and performance requirements including selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
  • An individual who is a strong closer and is willing to be engaged with customers early in the sales process to obtain maximum gross.
  • Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments and call follow up by sales team.
  • Assist in high-volume lead handling, including e-mail and phone communications, good qualifying ability and consultative selling skills to generate new clients and retain existing customers.
  • Actively pursue short and long-term e-mail/phone follow up schedules for all prospects that have not purchased.
  • Work to increase conversions from leads to shown appointments.
  • Keeping up to date with new products, features and accessories available.
  • Referring closed deals to the finance and insurance (F&I) manager.
  • Follow up with sales associates to ensure thoroughness with paperwork, logging of appointments and customer information in crm.
  • Have computer skills and working knowledge to operate customer relationship management software and software from our manufacturers.
  • Must have clean driving record and current driver's license.
  • Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.

We are looking for a Lot Attendant / Automotive Detailer to join our team! The Lot Attendant / Detailer position is a crucial role in keeping the dealership well organized, running smoothly and providing our customers a pristine vehicle for delivery:

Responsibilities:

  • Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Maintains new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
  • Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
  • Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
  • Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
  • Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
  • Makes key tags for vehicles.
  • Sweeping and keeping the shop clean.
  • Must have a valid Drivers license.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Automotive Dealership Finance Manager / Automotive F&I Managers help our customers arrange the financing of purchases and present additional products that enhance vehicle and ownership experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Automotive Finance Manager / Automotive F&I Manager are proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collect ability.

  • Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  • Automotive Finance Manager / Automotive F&I Manager accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
  • Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
  • Prepares paperwork and finance contracts, and delivers deals
  • Prepares and mails all deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders and/or follows any other departmental process
  • Accurately audits team deals post-sale
  • Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a finance and insurance manager within an automotive dealership
